All of the staff were so nice, especially this one girl called Tanvi who was so pleasant to speak to. There was also another girl at the counter who was all also incredibly sweet. They both made my experience with Creams so much better

Been coming to this store ever since it opened always a treat. They’ve had lots of different menus in the past but the recent one is amazing. They still make the old menus if you can remember them.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
there is a big seating option. Prefer to do takeaways but their milkshakes, ice cream, waffles and cookie dough are all amazing and good food quality not that cheap stuff.
The difference between their Ice cream from their machine (soft serve) and the van ice cream are two separate things.
A must to visit if in southall, place is usually busy so reserve a place if you can

Staff were really friendly and nice, I got a crepe and it tasted amazing with perfect presentation. They have high standards for their products and service and it shows in the end result.

Got gelato icecream, there was a rush as usual but the service was speedy, friendly staff who went above and beyond for all customers and great atmosphere. The icecream tasted good too. My brother got cookie dough which he says was perfect and he got it incredibly fast too, considering how packed it was.

As a local I've gotten food from here often, and it's always high quality. The staff work very hard to get it to you as fast and possible, the fact that it is so busy is a testament to it's greatness. I don't know why the rating isn't above 4 stars minimum.
