Just ordered pizza total of 7 pizzas only 5 have turned up and no plastic covers to prevent them sticking together. All of them completely ruined.

Worst customer service. Unhygienic rude staff. Pizza hit franchises are killing pizza hut and there is no accountability. Will stop purchasing. Lack of presentation, oily ,cheap cheese and utterly unprofessional staff.

My fault, I ordered pizza. Forgot. They called me but i thought it was some next guy on the phone and blocked him. Call pizza hut later to ask wheres my pizza, they told me they tried calling me. Thats when it clicked, duh. I apologised for wasting their time but they re delivered fresh pizza to me. I did offer to pay for the new batch but they were really nice.

I always order from here, they make pizzas really very delicious and crispy . Most of the time I faced a driver who’s name is Mandeep Singh, who behaves very well. I am really highly impressed by their work.

Food ETA was 6:45pm. 7:30pm no food. When I called they told me the driver delivered to the wrong address. They offered B&J ice cream for free as a way to apologise and make new pizza and it would be with me in 20mins. 8pm, no food. Chased again, they said 2 minutes. 8:30pm I receive my food. Wrong side order as they ran out of garlic bread, didn't bother to call to let me know. Ridiculous customer service, ice cream was melted, no apology from the driver. My 3rd time ordering from this branch and I will never order again from here. Absolutely worst customer service.

I usually order from this branch and I always love the quality and taste of the food. For my last 2 orders, Haroon (the delivery man) delivered my orders and I’m very impressed because I received my orders earlier than expected and the food was warm and in perfect condition.

Had a problem with my order, a new pizza was delivered within 15 minutes with no issues. Special thank you to Haroon the delivery driver and Raheel in the restaurant.

Zero Star. No quality and no customer service. In worst case I would stay hungry than ordering from this pizza hut shop.
I ordered two pizzas and one of them was half and half.
First- look at the 50:50 pizza they delivered in photo. It looks like 70:30 split. Apparently the quality team is just for shake of name.
Second : when I placed order, the guy on phone said 50 mins to deliver and I had been waiting. When I called after an hour then they delivered at around 70 mins later after placing order.
