Our Waitress Jane at Nursling branch was amazing our daughter has Coeliac and she made sure extra precautions where taken. This is the first time we have eaten out since her diagnosis. Jane showed us all the dietary folders and special GF menu to ensure we where comfortable. She also went out her way to bring Iver fresh cutlery and ensured us She had washed her hands and re washed the cutlery. This made us feel at total ease that there was no risk of contamination. We will definitely be back again soon. Jane truly was the most amazing server we have had.

10 of us turned up for a works meal today. All food and drinks were served politely by Donna and Jane who were excellent hosts. Thanks for a great meal everyone at the Balmoral :)

Haven't been to a Beefeater for years but was passing The Balmoral so popped in at lunchtime.
Food was very good, freshly cooked and hot, good portions, mocktails were tasty too.
We needed a wheelchair accessible table and we were shown immediately to a suitable area.
Service from Donna, Nicola and Sam was excellent, thank you ladies.
We will certainly be back again in the future.

We stayed in premier in 2 nights for my daughter’s tennis tournament
We had our breakfast and dinners there both days.
Food is really good quality, everything in the menu is delicious.
Service is super fast even though we’ve been there in rush hour all our food arrived super quick and at the same time.
All staff lovely and friendly but we’ve been lucky enough to be served by Rodi both days mornings and evenings. Such a professional, hard working yet still smiley and friendly and patient lady.

Took my wife for breakfast. The first time in many years I have been.
The food was solid and as expected. Amazing value for the price the staff were lovely and welcoming and the building and atmosphere were very cosy and nice. We had a good filling breakfast with no fuss. Just what was needed.

First night was very busy, but they still found me a table despite not having booked in. Food was absolutely excellent both days (second day was mid afternoon so very quiet). Best steaks I've had this year! Service was attentive and very pleasant for both visits. Would thoroughly recommend.

We arrived here on our travels home and was pleased to find they had several seats available, our drinks order was taken quickly but food ordering took much longer and we had to grab the attention of the waitress.
Food was tasty and the wait wasn't too long, the place quickly filled up and unfortunately we were greeted with stress from one member of the public who made my wife feel uncomfortable.
