Favourite casual dining spot and my go to for brunch or lunch in Ocean Village. Special thanks to the team today for looking after me/my friend who has had two knee operations. Very much appreciated! I nearly always have the lounge eggs (like eggs Benedict), but my friend who usually joins me always has a burger.. great chips too! Given the cost of living, Maritimo delivers great value for money.. it does get busy though so go a little earlier in the weekend or or around lunchtime.
First time at Maritimo lounge and it was nice.
The atmosphere wasn’t great but the service was good.
You order by QR code only which can be tricky as not great signal around there.
Food came hot and was very tasty.
Clean and tidy.
Maybe it was due to a Monday but still a nice place to visit.
Came to Maritimo Lounge with my sister. Was very busy but managed to get a seat, staff were friendly. I ordered the chicken burger which was okay, chicken a bit dry. The halloumi fries were lovely which made up for it. Location is lovely, great view of the harbour. Definitely a visit if you find yourself in the area and fancy a reasonably priced meal.
1st ever visit, it's a nice place with beautiful views of the harbour. Clean and tidy. They forgot a part of our order but they profusely apologised and the missing food was brought to the table quite quickly afterwards. Generally, a nice quiet eaterie with a variety of food available all day.
Amazing service, the food was absolutely delicious and to die for 😩 I recommend the Smokey Joe burger and Blueberry shortcake sundae!! And you get a beautiful view of the harbour :)
We decided to have breakfast at this restaurant, and I'm pleased to say it was a delightful experience. The food was not only delicious but also freshly prepared. The menu offered a nice variety, and our selections were spot on. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was cozy, making it a perfect start to our day. I would definitely return for another satisfying breakfast.
Excellent food. We had the Cheese burger which was very tasty. The Mozzarella Arancini was amazing as part of three tapas. The most tasty dish was the bang bang chicken. This was full of flavour and absolutely incredible. Two areas for general improvement I would highlight (Hence the 4/5 stars). The first one was the lack of a lift in this three story place, we had a buggy and we couldn’t go, comfortably to the third floor. We had to stay in the bottom lounge (Which is nice) but not overseeing the best view. So, people with very young kids, disabled will need to stay in the lounge downstairs.
Secondly, orders in the lounge are only taking at the bar from or via q-code (we didn’t know that). It would have been nicer to have a table service. Its a place that we would like to visit again, probably, when our child is a bit older.
Absolutely fantastic. The pancakes were tasty, eggs Benedict was beautifully done. Both were served hot, as if served straight from the stove. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being run off their feet, they still managed to pay attention to small details. The restaurant's internal setting is interesting and comfortable. Would come here again
This is a great restaurant located in Ocean village and has views of the water and yachts. The food was absolutely delicious! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant is also quite spacious with three storeys of seating along with outside seating. It's kid friendly. The staff were kind and friendly. The menu is quite big so you have lots of food varieties. Definitely recommend this, if you are in Southampton!
Recently, Maritimo Lounge has become mine and my husband’s favourite place to go.
The food is always lovely ; I highly recommend their poached eggs. Spot on, every time!
We often pop in for a bite to eat. It’s perfect for brunch and date nights too!
Today we took our puppy along and he also approves. The staff offered him some water and showed him lots of love.
Thanks Maritimo Lounge, keep up the good work! 😊
