Great little place to stay, the bar, restaurant and rooms are clean and bright. The rooms are located behind the pub outside near the beer garden. The road is not noisy, and the bar closes at 11 pm and is not rowdy either. We enjoyed our full English breakfast and they provide other hot breakfast options too. A short walk to a large park that is beautiful to walk around. I would stay here again next time.
A pub on the main road heading into Royal Victoria Country Park in Netley, so a great location to stop for refreshments if you’ve been out for a walk.
We visited in the evening & it was busy but managed to find a space in their car park.
There is plenty of seating inside & there is seating out on the pavement & at the rear.
The menu looks good & it smelt good, as there were plenty of people eating.

Super friendly staff, top quality ta food and super comfy rooms. We really could not have asked for more, the staff went above and beyond. We had a wonderful warm welcome and the facilities in the rooms were everything we could need. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever back in that neck of the woods we would absolutely stay again.
Fantastic, friendly pub that offers so much more than other pubs. Great for meeting up with friends and family or just a quiet one. The themed rooms upstairs are amazing, great bistro out the back, or you can order bar food which is delicious, while you watch your favourite team on the big screens. The staff are really friendly and professional. Make this your new local, you won't regret it.
Prince Concert is local to us. It has a special appeal as we first visited 63 years ago!
We go there now for lunch when the family visit and no complaints. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Good food and the dog has bowl of water and biscuits.

Nice pub, only went for a meal so can't comment on the rooms but I believe they are nice. Nice tasty food and large portions. Chilli taco starter to share amazing. Friendly attentive staff.

We had lunch at the Prince Consort, the food was wonderful, fresh nicely cooked and tasty. I am a disabled Lady and I was treated kindly and with respect. My Husband and I are both looking forward to returning in the near future.
Thanks to all the staff who pulled out all the stops to make a birthday celebration lunch for 23 people (8 under 8 years) go so smoothly. Catering for several vegans and vegetarians in the group was no problem. All meals were excellent and thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent service with a smile. We will certainly return. Fantastic food, the staff were brilliant and made my sons 18th birthday meal one to remember. Will definitely be returning. Can't thank you enough ☺
