We stopped in on the recommendation of our taxi driver, who Said that cricketers was the best pub in Southampton. After the friendly and wonderful service we received from Chelsea, I'd tend to agree with him. Everything was very tasty. So glad we stopped here for dinner and a drink.

This place was recommended by Dany our taxi driver when we mentioned we wanted to go to a pub. I understand why! I had the fish n chips and everything was soooo amazing! Chelsea was so sweet and helpful! I wish we were staying here longer just so I could come here a couple more times

One of my favourite pubs in Southampton...
The staff are super friendly and the food is really good too :) this venue hosts open mic nights multiple evenings a week and always hosts a warm crowd. Steak Poutine at £9.95 a real deal.

The best affordable roast in Southampton! My friends and I love coming here for a roast on a Sunday and then staying for the quiz in the evening. The roast is always amazing and the quiz is so much fun! The portions of meat you get are always large, I love to get the pork because it comes with stuffing :)

Always a great pint, and lovely to sit in the sun. Had the vegan nachos and they were SO GOOD, loads of jalapeños, loads of dips, was delicious. Facilities are clean. Staff are friendly, although service isn’t the fastest, and the prices arent the cheapest, but still good. Really great pub.

Really enjoyed the first vegan night at this very friendly pub. Food was lovely and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Wheelchair access was difficult, I needed help to get in and help to get to the toilet (I can walk a few steps with assistance), but once inside I could get around very well.
Really hope they do another night like this one, or even better to put some of the things we tried tonight on the regular menu! The fish pie and the battered sausage were my favourite (our group of three tried everything between us, tapas style). Price was good too!

Great venue, lovely staff and a good selection of pub food classics, draught cider, lager and ale. A great supporter of the local Music scene with a weekly open mic and regular live acts at the weekend.
