Date night with my husband last night. We had set menu B changed one main and added the seafood soft noodles which had the best scallops in. Always have a lovely meal and highly recommended.

Most traditional Cantonese dim sum place across Southern UK. Really recommended!! Very traditional and good from the decor, to the taste, to the friendly managers and servers around. Staff with kind smiles. Come here for a taste of true dim sum! They’ve been running for over 25+ years. Best to come here after a call in case they are closing early for big day / wedding celebrations. Price is also very reasonable, ~20pp.

After 15 years of passing by, I finally had the opportunity to visit Kams Palace Chinese Restaurant in Sagensworth, UK for a Sunday dinner with my family. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, with tasty food and an impressive building showcasing solid Chinese emperor design. However, there are a few areas that could be improved upon to enhance the overall customer experience. First and foremost, the food was delicious. Each dish we ordered was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The flavors were authentic, and it was evident that care was taken in the preparation. We were pleased with the quality and taste of our meal. The building itself is quite remarkable, reflecting the grandeur of Chinese imperial architecture. Its design adds to the overall charm and ambiance of the restaurant. However, I couldn't help but notice that the interior could benefit from some refreshing. Although it had a certain nostalgic charm, a touch-up in terms of decor would enhance the dining atmosphere. Piano music should be changed for some chinese playlist. One aspect that stood out was the demeanor of the staff. While they were efficient in their service, I believe a warmer and more welcoming attitude would greatly contribute to a positive customer experience. A few smiles and expressions of happiness from the staff would go a long way in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that some boxes and other kitchen elements were visible from the dining area. It would be beneficial to conceal these items and the takeaway staff, as they can detract from the overall dining experience. Creating a more visually pleasing environment would greatly improve the ambiance of the restaurant. Despite these areas for improvement, I trust that Kams Palace Chinese Restaurant will take these suggestions into consideration. It is evident that they care about providing a pleasant dining experience to their customers. With a little attention to detail and continued effort, I believe they can further enhance their establishment. Overall, I would recommend Kams Palace Chinese Restaurant for its tasty food and impressive building. It is a great place to enjoy a Sunday dinner with family. I look forward to seeing the improvements and enjoying future visits to this establishment.

Always busy, go early to get a table. Delicious food. Fast service.

It’s one of the most authentic Cantonese dining experience for me in UK, it just looks like I was back in HK where I grew up! Food tastes just like home, price is good and service is as good as it should be. Highly recommend and the roast duck and roast pork is a must!

A nice place for Cantonese Yan Cha. Good dim sum and BBQ Pork. Just a little bit far away from London.
