We had a very good experience today. I had oat cappuccino which was excellently made. My partner had latte which she thinks it was very good. For those who likes photos, the light inside is so good. It makes taking photos inside unexpectedly amazing.
The drinks and the customer service were lovely. Being a coffe fanatic, I can say that Starbucks is as exceptional as costa coffee and is a definite try for all coffee lovers. Will surely attempt other drinks!!!

Always good coffee. Can be pretty busy at times but it's right by Marlands so not surprising. Very very cool in the summer as air con is so good! I'm going to work from there in the next heat wave!
Amazing! Tried Costa and Nero but nothing beats the Starbucks coffee.
Shop itself is kept clean and tidy with Covid rules followed. Went with my 4 kids and there was somewhere to sit and they were happy!
Absolutely great staff, especially Francesco, he takes our order nearly all the time despite it being first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Great Starbucks

I absolutely love the staff in this specific Starbucks! They are always nice and smiling, I have noticed that even if the previous customer was rude to them in front of me, when I smile at them and ask politely for my order they always smile back and are kind! Coffee is always made perfectly, tasting delicious and following their recipes! I think people should keep in mind this branch is VERY busy place and sometimes as hard working as you are, can not be keeping it perfectly tidy and cleaned up as soon as a customer leaves a table. I have worked in hospitality for over 5 years now myself (including managerial roles) and let me tell you that most of the time you don't have enough staff for the actual work load and service you provide! And it's not even up to the manager, it's up to the higher management who are not even present on the premises to put limits, no matter how busy a shop is. All higher management looks at is numbers, not actual facts and they never see how it really is to work in such place!
People, please don't be rude to staff, especially seeing they are busy! That's not gonna magically help them become quicker or give them the ability to wipe your table 2 seconds after you've left! Be kind! Not a single barista is going to work with the intention for you not to enjoy the coffee they like themselves too!! :)
I give those guys 5 stars because for the last 6 years they have not even once disappointed me! :)
I love Starbucks. They have great coffee however it is expensive (for me anyway).
