Nice dog friendly pub. Went on a Sunday both had gorgeous pies. They don't do roast dinners, but the pies made up for that. Quiet in the restaurant area which was perfect for us.
This is a great pub. Excellent food. Very friendly staff and locals alike. Highly recommended
Super friendly staff. Friendly locals. Relaxed atmosphere. A proper pub!
A gem of a pub that u need to look up. Good ales, lagers and ciders, with a nice sun trap of a beer garden too. Recommended!
Worth it for the food alone! Giant fish & chips literally means giant!!! We'll be back again.
Excellent meal and first class service. We phoned up at short notice and booked a table outside in the garden. Met with a friendly welcoming greeting and nothing was too much trouble. The food and drinks were really good value for money. The Sunday roasts are of a high standard and super portions. I
Great food. The fish portion was huge and juicy and much appreciated after a day of travelling. Loads of gluten free options and they specially prepared a fryer for the chips. Amazing service and they were attentive throughout.
Nice food, plenty of it. Unfortunately they only have 1alcohol free beer, which if you are diabetic like me is of no use to you as it contains too much sugar. Nice pub though, owner is friendly, food prices are very good.
We love this pub. Well kept beer, great pub food and really good service but really disappointed having braved the wind and rain on Wednesday to find a notice on the front door saying the kitchen was closed. Had to go elsewhere.
Cracking place. Amazing food. You won't go hungry in the Cottage.
