The White Swan - Southampton - Photo album

Popped in for a carvery Saturday evening. Wasn't as busy as you'd imagine but still a nice bustle of people. Food was lovely. Fresh cooked veg and serve you individual veg gravy if you are a veggie. Staff were attentive but not annoying. Watched cook clear down carvery area. Result was spotless. Lov
We stopped in for a cold drink after walking along the river. Bar staff very friendly, we sat outside around 3pm and it was quieter, than when we walked past at 1pm.
Well, what a stroke of luck finding this place. Lovely little river walk and a visit to the White Swan at the end. Lovely polite staff, great venue by the river, the food and beer were excellent. Very reasonably priced. I've been to similar venues and paid a lot more for less quality. The only very
The veg was kept under heat for way too long peas were hard. Service was good nice staff. Beside a lovely river
First visit here and it's a really nice pub, the carvery had a good selection with 4 meat varieties plus 2 types or roast Potato's. Our server was attentive and welcoming, we will be back for sure

Service was good, friendly and attentive. It got a little noisy in the conservatory area, and quite hot when bus
Great value for the money. The all-u-can eat breakfast was very good. The food Inc bacon, fresh mushrooms, tasty sausages, beans, and eggs ( fried) [ scrambled by request] + fried potato/ onion and bacon bits or breakfast Yorkshire. Also gtoast and preserves. Unlimited tea or coffee was a tad extra
Visited today for the 1st time in many years as have moved out of the local area. Carvery did not disappoint was lovely. Serving staff were very friendly. Very reasonably priced, will not leave it so long next time.
A lovely large pub/carvery with plenty of parking. Prides itself as a Dog Friendly pub however sadly this is only in the bar area (which is fair enough given the carvery/open food), however the bar spaces are not bookable meaning on busy days it is unlikely you can bring your poochy friend which is
