At this branch each n every person was so helpful. Registration of our builder was possible online. So it was very helpful. You need to be aware of your own facility and preferences. Designer can only suggest. Our designer was very talented. She thought out of the box n made extra space for working top. Their help made it easy for us to go through the difficult change over of kitchen completion. In the branch there are cards of kitchen fitters. It could be a good help. But we found our from check a trade. We didn't get all of our appliances from them. We compared from other sites and went for low cost. After using for couple of months I have realised that strength is not much of there... Handle polish of fridge is coming off. Door under the sink couldn't last one weekend of guests as got wet and swell. After frequent water splashes. Decorative panel of hob is getting ripped off because of foot touch it again and again. But it's suppose to be touched when working there .. It's still holding it's grace though. Still get compliments. I had used wicks basic flat pack kitchen before. It lasted better for years. Don't know what is the quality now. Wicks, benchmark they are from same company Travis Perkins.
