Didn't have a booking. Got seated quickly. Staff friendly. I hate having a service charge added to the bill. Therefore, reject paying it. I would rather leave a tip of my choosing. They deserved a tip but didn't get one. Sorry.
It was a last minute decision to come here. Best one made in a long time! It was lovely to sit outside, without being too close to the road. The service was attentive, but not too much. Asked how everything was before I took a mouthful of food! Everything was fresh and tasty. I left something behind but didn't realise until later, but they kept it and knew exactly who I was when I walked back in. I would not hesitate to return or recommend Milan. Thank you!
Very busy which says alot, lovely food
This was one of the best Italian restaurants that I have found in Southampton, yet! Everything tastes so fresh and full of flavour - I was a bit hesitant as I had had worse experiences elsewhere but everything from the moment I walked in the door was great! The whole experience was quite quick and the tiramisu was delicious. The tagliatelle with smoked salmon is to die for, would highly recommend!! My friend loved it so much, he called his mother to join us for dessert!!

They knew we had a show to go to, as did most of the other customers, and it was quick but didn't compromise on quality.
We didn’t book the anywhere before going to the theatre and they took us in and got our order in time before the show started. Really friendly and helpful. Good service, very nice food at not a bad price. They did add on the service charge to the final bill but did tell us when we went to tip. But everyone seems to be doing that. Not sure if that’s the right way to do things.
This is a great place to eat before going to the theatre. It is reasonably priced compared to other restaurants close to The Mayflower Theatre and the food is delicious. The staff were friendly and the service was brilliant. We had pre-booked a table but were running very late due to problems with traffic. The staff were very accommodating and ensured we had a quick turnaround. Will definitely use this restaurant again any time we are in Southampton. The girls loved the show by the way. Thank you.

All you can eat italian 10 pounds per person! Very tasty food and kind staff!! Recommended, even for a quick meal before a theatre performance as it s all ready (kept fresh/warm/just cooked) !
The food and service were both superb. A few very loud older ladies. But they were clearly having fun, why not. Could not fault the place. Will go again especially if I go to the theatre near by again.
