Booked last minute 2 night stay for Friday to Sunday for me partner and the two kids.arrived and staff were immediately helpful explaining car parking and interacting with kids. Booked family room which was up on 3rd floor but not a problem. Easy check in,down to restaurant ordered food again staff great and used the kids names and food came quickly. No complaints on food!! Best night sleep in ages, hot bath for us all amazing breakfast kids filled their boots and will definitely be coming back here again on next weekend off! Morning and evening and how was your day from staff and had our evening drinks up in room. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks premier inn for a great first stay

Great hotel .... what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Clean n comfortable. Lovely breakfast.... hot, fresh n plentiful Fantastic location for the shops and the cruise terminals ( walking distance) Work currently being done to the exterior of the building but this in no way affected my overnight stay

Overnight stay pre Cruise. Brilliant location. 10mins from any cruise terminal. Directly opposite Southampton West Quay shopping centre. Park in West Quay, adjacent to hotel, £5 per 24hrs. Advertised for long stay too. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good value. Rooms were dark due to exterior building work. Bedroom clean. Bathroom needed a good deep clean...slime visible in overflows and thick dust stuck on vents.

Currently undergoing an external refurbishment so the rooms are quite dark all the time. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Early check in policy is rigidly adhered to unless you are prepared to pay the required £10 regardless of whether you arrive 2 hours early or 10 minutes early.

Typical Premier Inn with early check in if you want it (£10 extra.)Self service check in if you want with helpful staff available to help out. The Inn is in a good position, across the road from the WestQuay shopping centre where you will find some good modern restaurants and bars. The car is safely parked in the multi storey carpark next door. One thing to note is that the hotel is covered in scaffolding at the moment so you can easily walk pass the place and there's no view from your bedroom window.

Limited interaction with staff but experience was efficient, friendly and accommodating. Prime location in Southampton, very close to the central train station, ferry terminal, key shopping center and cruise ships. Room decor was up to date and in keeping with what you'd expect in the price range. Rooms cleanliness was at a high level, attention to detail taken when setting up the rooms.

Can't complain with a Premier Inn - you know what to expect in terms of rooms. Service was good, with the staff at the check in desk friendly and polite. The location is excellent, being directly opposite West Quay, where you'll find a plethora of bars and restaurants, with shops, cinema's etc. to keep you entertained. It's a short walk to the Port if you need to catch one of the ferries.

Stayed for 1 night as a half way mark for our holiday. Very difficult to find as was under scaffolding. Unfortunately there's no parking on site so had to park in a multi storey car park but was too badly priced at £5 for the night. This did make ferry luggage a little difficult especially with children in tow. The rooms were nice, family bedroom double bed and 2 singles beds were soo comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities, telly. Breakfast was an additional £10 per adult but children went free, this was all you can eat style breakfast with almost everything you can imagine, fry up, cereal, pastries and fruit. Tea and coffee, juice, water and milk was all available.

Really good location, close to town. We had a perfect room, clean and very comfortable beds, very quick, easy check in, staff we're helpful and polite, I stayed here with children and everything was perfect, room was ready bang on 3pm. We will definitely be coming back! Can't recommend enough for families.
