I was given the wrong information over the phone when I booked for 2 adults and 6 children however the duty manager (Lea) has been amazing and has gone above and beyond for us. She is definitely an asset to your restuarant. Our waitress Xena has been lovely and nothing has been too much trouble. We have 6 happy kids which makes happy parents.

We made an impromptu visit tonight and walked through the door with my 5 year old son having a meltdown as he was hoping for a McDonald's �. With an 8 year old daughter who is Coeliac she can only eat fries at McDonald's, Pizza Hut was the better option. Our waitress was brilliant, she was really understanding and managed to coax him to the table without any screaming. She was super attentive and made suggestions to make our son feel settled. It was really nice to have such wonderful service and this made dinner for us a relaxed time. �
Great place for young family. Well priced , refillable drinks, salad bar and the kids favourite, the ice cream parlour.
Only downside was that a 5pm there weren’t sufficient staff around to meet and greet.
Good restaurant and friendly staff. Plenary of good food and nice atmosphere. Could of done with with slightly hotter food.
Called in Hedge End Pizza Hut on the way home from South East to South West. I had an Italian thin base with chicken, Ham, Sweetcorn and Cherry Tomatoes, I am a little hard to please as I make my own pizzas at home from scratch so I am very critical when I rarely buy one. The pizza was very tasty indeed and the base not too thick nor too thin, just as it should be. My wife being cheese intolerant chose the only thing on the menu that does't contain cheese Rack of Ribs. Just asked her what she thought and the reply is they were awesome but a little sweet. She didn't leave a scrap of the ribs so I can safely say she loved them. They came with fries, onion rings and unlimited salad but the ribs and a little salad floored her so I can not tell you about those. All in all washed down with a couple of Crabbie's Ginger Beers we were off happily home.

A family friendly restaurant, with digital ordering and face to face ordering. A salad bar, drink and ice cream self-serve area, and plenty of different pizzas and food options.
They can assist you with food allergies, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options! They have a kids and adult menu, with certain days a 50% discount on your final total, which we commonly use, it is a very good deal and really brings down the price.
Went for the Sunday buffet and the staff seemed surprised it was busy! When we first got there pizza was in short supply and the salad bar was half empty. After about 20 minutes a manager got on the case and managed to get those issues sorted. All in all its pizza and pasta there isn't a lot that can go wrong with the food. As with quite a few other places the service side could be worked on but would go back based on value for money.
A great team of young kids, and I'm not being condescending, I'm just old now, and these people are the future and working hard.
They're under new rules of operation and doing a great job, go give them your support, keep the economy rolling along.
It feels really safe on site, and organised, oh, and their Pizza is great too 😋
