I don’t often leave reviews for places. But it was my sons birthday today and he wanted a Krispy Kreme. We were served by a lovely girl called Rachel. She was so lovely as it was his birthday and hope someone at Southampton branch sees this review. Amazing member of staff you have and meant alot how nice she was

Impeccable service over the weekend. They gave us an extra donut after overhearing our private debate in which to get (ordering 2 donuts, stuck between 3). That took us by surprise and completely made our day. That worker deserves a raise! It's little gestures like this that make me a repeat customer
