It’s a great place if you like to sit and read books and drink coffee. Coffee taste was good but they were little bit slow. They had many different cakes I didn’t try but look delicious.
Okay West Quay Waterstones people, it's really easy
put "push/pull" stickers on the doors by the cafe (and give the door handles a clean while you're there - they are grim) and make a much better impression on each visitor
I've sat here an hour or so enjoying a coffee and cake and seen how many people have been annoyed by this
otherwise, all good, great team, good shop, everything you'd expect
Love Waterstones, great wheelchair access, even the random displays on tables still leave room for large wheelchairs.
Great choice of books, with many genres, lots of unusual little finds.
I'm rather disappointed with the diaries/planners this year and ended up buying online despite searching all the usual shops.
Nice selection of non book things like games, puzzles etc.
I wish Eastleigh still had waterstones.

Book stores take note.. this is how you run a successful one, have knowledgeable kind and helpful staff who are happy to be there.. good manga and graphic novels (although very mainstream but this depends on sizes of the store) a good points system and decent cafe. Love this store
Huge selection of books. They also do exclusive signed copies of certain books which are great for collecting
Sometimes cheaper to reserve online for in-store collection so check website first .
Helpful staff. Has a cafe too but never used it.

Fantastic book shop! Split over two floors with books for everyone. There is a selection of collectibles downstairs with the fantasy and anime books. The probably the best selection of board games to buy near the main entrance, plenty of great games to buy for those rainy winter’s nights coming soon
Thought the cafe within Waterstones was fabulous. Great priced coffee, good food and lovely cakes too! Of course the books are a delight too.
Tucked near the stairs of west quay. Waterstones has its own mini cafe. Such a perfect place to hang out when you wanna star reading on the new book you have got while having some coffee or tea with pastries.
We sat outside and the wind was very lovely as our drinks helped us warm up. Looking at people pass by and just breathing in some fresh air while chatting with your loved ones and having some refteshments. :)
