I was thrilled to find a Starbucks that matches the amazing espresso quality I experienced in Washington State! Gemma and her team truly shine when it comes to service, and the coffee is just fabulous. Can't wait to come back!
I stopped into this Starbucks for a quick snack and needed to use the toilet. Staff were friendly, the place had a good amount of seating and the toilet was clean.
Not the most astetically pleasing location as it's a transit for the ferry port BUT really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, cakes were fresh, they even offered free tasting of a new menu item (cheese and bacon quiche 😋). Exceeded our expectations based on other Starbucks experiences so definitely 5 ⭐ …
Situated on Southampton seafront by the Red Funnel ferry terminal. Smaller inside than a normal Sbucks, usual fare. Staff were very friendly (1 star Sasha nowhere to be seen!) and helpful.

Nice little Starbucks - warm welcome and good coffee / snacks. Staff were really nice, Gemma (i think that's her name) was really friendly and genuinely nice - that goes a long way. A couple of chairs outside which is a great place to sit and watch the large boats.
