Really enjoyed the meals I have received so far, the whole process is really easy and the meals tasty. The addition of kids meals a genius idea and my son has enjoyed them too. As a busy single parent this meal prep has really enabled me to stay on track with my healthy eating at a reasonable cost. The additional time with my son is priceless.
There was a slight issue with delivery however it my query was responded to swiftly to my benefit and will recommend and use again.
Ordered for the first time from the eat good club this week & it’s been fab! reasonably priced, the meals are satiating and super delicious ... I received my parcel on time & will be receiving a 2nd tomorrow which I am looking forward to immensely. As it includes calories and macros it’s easy enough to continue tracking & march these with my current goals. I will 100% be ordering from the eat good club again in the near future as it has saved me so much time & allowed me to have a Sunday of prepping myself! Thank you

I easily create my 7 days week plan on their website with a lot of choice and placed my order.
I receive the dishes directly at home twice a week to preserve their freshness. Amazing!!!

Great company, really easy to use website to help calculate your calorie goals, good communication as to when delivery would be and great to have an hour time slot for delivery. Tasty meals and well packaged. Tells you on your meals which day it's for, and the calories/macros. What is great is that the meals are already on MFP so can add them easily if you're tracking.
Food is fresh, healthy and very tasty indeed. Its better than the meal prep meals you get from the supermarkets Just had a few mains but favourite was the Lemon And Herb Chicken With Sweet Mash and Kale. Just perfect.
