Really enjoyed the meals I have received so far, the whole process is really easy and the meals tasty. The addition of kids meals a genius idea and my son has enjoyed them too. As a busy single parent this meal prep has really enabled me to stay on track with my healthy eating at a reasonable cost.

Food is fresh, healthy and very tasty indeed. Its better than the meal prep meals you get from the supermarkets Just had a few mains but favourite was the Lemon And Herb Chicken With Sweet Mash and Kale. Just perfect.
