Great chippy excellent food freshly cooked, although they need to do something about the the young girl behind the counter having friends and family hanging around in there and being a good established she should not be wearing nail varnish and should be consentrating on service customers and not chatting. Also putting 2 pieces of fish in a bag together is obviously going to be a problem sticking together. Not happy.

The best fish and chip shop in Southampton the blond lady who serves me is soo sweet she gives you exactly what you want and the service is world class!!! Give her a raise the food is mouth watering sausage in batter is crispy and not too oily I honestly cant stop going here!!!! Great good outstanding service EAT HERE! Xx

1st time ordering from them via Deliveroo. Cannot fault them. Fish was cooked perfectly, Chips were a massive portion. Delivery was quick. Food was Hot and tasty not greasy like some places. Well deserved 5☆. Keep it up we will be back

A large piece of haddock, crisp chips to initially burn your mouth. All freshly cooked. It would be a wicked tragedy to lose this place... it's just up Church Street..off Shirley High Street.. get in there. Fill the place. Enjoy a traditional meal. There's a restaurant or take away. Excellent fare.
