I’ve just visited the Greggs in Hedge End village. I took my dog who’s cautious around people so we waited for the store to be clear, but when it was, my dog wouldn’t go in. So the lovely lady served me at the door. This, to me, is a level of customer service is so hard to come by. The lady even tried to say hello to Molly, the dog, although she wasn’t having any of it 😂. Thank you
