Very good shop. You can find there anything and price very different, but sometimes with the sales prices so low.

Lovely place to shop, I get all my makeup here mostly because of the generous rewards system. The store is always very clean and the staff are friendly and happy to help. My only complaint would be that there are often things out of stock that are otherwise advertised on their site.

Not been to Debenhams in a while. Had an item to collect from ordering online. Got there for near opening. As you Would expect at 930. It was quiet. Near the entrance were the reduced Christmas gifts. I ended up purchasing a few bits for Christmas 2020. The staff were friendly. Store was clean. Pick up was easy. However I was surprised that my online order of 4 items came in 4 separate bags. Parking tip. Right outside is £1 for 30 minutes but if you turn 1 more corner onto Orchard Rd, it's £1 for an hour.

Friendly and helpful costumer service. Huge shop with easy access for disabled and pushchairs. I love shopping there and the quality of the products is excellent. Fair and regular sales. The coffee shop is nice to stop by after or during shopping as well. Love it! Debenhams is one of my favourite stores in Southampton!

If your going to read my review please at least "like" it. This is clearly a Debenhams, with a great range of products and varying quality to suite your pocket. Just a shame it's always so quiet. Can't believe they haven't closed it. But so pleased they haven't. It's a great store and deserves your custom.

Always find what I need. Also collect from on-line orders easy, helpful and great staff. Returns emailed immediately to confirm Lots of discount days and so many bargains to be had. Wonderful store. Do nearly all my shopping for holiday and for occasions.

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble We were buying a Prom suit for my Grandson and the Assistant treated him as an adult, advised him, made suggestions to 'complete' his look and even found a dinosaur tie pin! Very enjoyable shopping trip.

The personal shopper service is fab! I always get what I want at a reasonable price. Plus spend over £50 and get two hours parking taken off the total (depending on what car park you're in). Very happy shopper!

Had a wonderful experience today looking for my bridesmaids dresses. A most helpful women called Sharon in the dressing room was a god send. She helped with all the dresses I had to give to my 7 bridesmaid which were different sizes and colours. gave great advice to everyone. Made sure we were well looked after. She's blessing to your store in Southampton. Couldn't have had better service

. May 2020.I became aware the shop is now permanently closed when i chatted with staff who were helping to load a lorry outside..They were sad at what had happened but tried to be upbeat about the future.Too many people shopping online and using the shop to return goods may not have killed this shop but....Its gone now.The people who worked here don't have a job anymore and face an uncertain future.Same as the other high street shops that have gone,if you don't use it you lose it.Debenhams will probably be flattened and turned into flats and houses.My mum and dad used to bring my sister and i christmas shopping here when we were kids back in the 1960's and online shopping killed it.There are two department stores left in the city centre.Who's next?
