The service was speedy and friendly, and there were plenty of places to sit.
Biggest down side is that there was no loo roll in the toilet, but that could have been bad timing on my part.
Also, trillionaire's shortbread was major disappointment.

Love a Costa drink, and this is a comfortable and handy place for a city visit drink stop. It's friendly and clean ;-)

The best is that staff is good and the Cafe almost always open. The atmosphere is OK, not the cosiest but in the summer you have the pavement area and on Hight Street. The aircon in the main room is too cold. Good location. Food is not the best considering the lack of healthier snacks but for Costa that's pretty normal.

The service from the assistant manager at this costa was amazing! Never have I received customer service as well as this in all my visits at costa and any other coffee shop. I came in at around 8am on a busy Wednesday morning, and even though there was a que of customers, excellent customer care whilst providing the most efficient and nicest drinks was provided. Thank you, you are a testament to Costa and deserve a raise !!

Like most Costas service is fast. No nonsense coffee overly inflated food prices. friendly enough staff and a fair amount of seating if you can get past the one cup laptop worries that hog all the tables for the free WiFi. Other then that. A good all round store
