Lovely Xmas hot chocolate and chat with a friend. Nice staff, friendly, courteous, helpful. Gets quite busy here as near taxi rank and opposite the central station but still a nice place to chat. Bought 2 Costa coffee mugs from here.

Adaptable, accommodating and speedy service! Today is the height of the half term and westquay is packed out. Costa's queue was heading towards the escalators but despite the busy crowds the two men working today made sure to keep tables clear, get all drink and food out, manage the queues and do it all with a smile on their faces! Thank you for a great service!

Review for the top floor Costa at west quay. I’ve been using this Costa for years. I’ve used them all over the country by west quay stands head and shoulders above everyone else with regards to consistency in friendly staff, well prepared coffee, attention to detail and customer requirements. Awesome !!

Nice place to grab a coffee. The staff are nice, but the seating is limited and it is often busy, so getting a seat as a family can be difficult.
