I really appreciate the detail and attention that Mr James gave to us when our order was wrong.
He was very kind, always with a smile and asking if the customer was happy with the food.
I fel like I was in a 5 starts restaurant. Thank you so much Mr James.

Food is standard McDonald's. It takes a little longer now to get severed and every McDonald's seems to be absolutely rammed with people at the moment buying food.
Toilets could do with being cleaned more regularly rather than just the "check" that they get.

Customer Care guy James was lovely. He was so helpful and went out of his way to be nice and he checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I felt like I'd been out for a proper meal. Fantastic service

The staff are polite and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, a few minutes wait for my order. When my order arrived it was lovely and hot.

Used the drive through for like 2nd time in my life. Drove past the order point. Laughed at the pay point. By the collection point, I couldn't have parked further away from the window if I tried. I hope I made the staff laugh with my inadequacy as I couldn't stop laughing with embarrassment. I couldn't have messed it up anymore if I tried but the staff were so kind and understanding. Very helpful and it was a pleasure. To top that off my kit kat mcflurry was amazing.

Manager was absolutely amazing today
We dropped money on the floor and he gave us a shout
He carried our food over to our table for our disabled father, was very kind, all the staff were in High spirits I think as a result of the good manager
