This Costa is 24 hours which is great.
The lady serving was very polite and professional.
A large range of products, although a few had run out.
I felt the vegan rocky road was expensive for a small slice.
All in all very useful.
Plenty of seating available.

I stopped in to see one of my friends and decided to stop and get some Costa and I didn’t know what to get and the young man behind the till I think his name was Josh was a helping man would 100% recommend this place to anyone for a cheap bite to eat

Visiting someone in hospital. Called in for a coffee and got served by a lovely guy called Josh. Very friendly and very quick with my order.

My daughter was an inpatient for 3 months, and our evening Costa was our treat every day. We were always met with a smile, even when they were very busy. They were part of the care we received at Southampton general and just wanted to let them know how appreciated they are :)

Just inside the main entrance to Southampton General Hospital, this Costa is very conveniently situated. Service of the usual hot & cold drinks, and snacks is good.

One of the better costas I’ve visited, always well stocked shelves and drinks made reasonably quickly. Staff could be a little bit friendlier but it’s a busy one so not always expected. Just wish they had Black Forest hot chocolate this Christmas!

Lovely place to come for a coffee or snack and drink, went for a hot choc, service was quick and friendly. Clean and tidy, smartly laid out and modern, disabled friendly and lots of options available to everyone.
