Typical McDonalds. Food doesn't look like the menu photos, screens don't work and no table service. Whatever happened to those efficient, clean McDs of our youth?

"7 Days Chicken Shop is absolutely amazing! Their chicken is incredibly flavorful and always cooked to perfection. I can't get enough of their crispy skin and juicy meat. It's definitely a must-try for chicken lovers like me!"

The only McDonald’s to be ACTUALLY open 24/7!!! None of the rest in Southampton actually stay open the hours they state!! First time we came in the drive through person confused my order and added something on it I didn’t order but anyways. I will take pictures next time, thank you for following the opening hours you have stated!!! People sometimes rely on this!! Especially coming back home hungry from a whole day of flying back home and driving!

24 hour, so useful for a late night snack, rather long wait in the drive thru, food order was accurate and warm, would go again

Okay so I’m not going to lie it took a while for food to come out but I honestly didn’t care. There is an employee called James that worked at the drive thru last night and he is amazing! My boyfriend saw him earlier in the day and said he was just as cheery and enthusiastic taking orders and he was the same even at 11 at night! He was so polite and lovely and I couldn’t not leave a good review thanks to him, you guys were mega busy and he was so professional. So thank you James.

I use drive through for most of my lunches. And a gentleman with the name tag that says Raymond is a star. He does set the bar quite high. Really need to be acknowledged as it is rare for such a young man to always be so polite speak so very clearly always get the orders right and in general offer amazing service considering the role is not amazingly paid

Sorry about the atmosphere score, but went through the drive through. What can I say about macdonalds apart from we LOVE you

Food was more cold then anything came out quick but not nice as too cold couldn't hear the staff at all on drive thru spoke quietly and sounded miserable
