The Chef reccomendI LOVE me some tacos, and this is my favourite place to get them. We visited our friends in Southampton for the weekend and when I found out there was a Tortilla local, I dragged everyone to it without another word! Fantastic food, I cannot recommend it enough!!
One of the few places at the top of the west quay food terrace that is actually really nice. Love the make your own burrito style so you can put exactly what you like in there. friendly staff, easy, efficient and tasted amazing! Pretty good for what is essentially fast food!!!
A friend wanted to try here to eat and I’m really pleased she did, the food was delicious and fresh. Staff were friendly and it was very reasonably priced. Only downside was trying to find somewhere to sit and eat. The food was cooler than I would like because it took so long to find a seat. So maybe go look at the menu, then find a seat and one if you go up with the order, then you can enjoy the food hot as it’s meant to be 😊
Went to Southampton for the weekend and tried put Tortilla and it was amazing. Friendly staff and the food was just WOW. definitely recommend when down in Southampton. 10/10
I have visited there outlets in London and it was a nice surprise to see them in West Quay. Service, price and most importantly food was excellent as always. We love the soft shell taco's.
Very good food. Good service. But the seating arrangements in this food hall are not good. You get your food but can’t sit near where you buy if from - admittedly it was a busy lunchtime - but the food was fast and okay.
Ever since tortilla opened in my home town of watford I’ve been a convert This place delivers every time on tasty, healthier (than other alternatives) and fresh food The staff were very friendly and fun to interact with, the food always has that fresh home-made feeling and it’s a main meal for £10 which is hard to come by Always suggest the naked burrito as you get all the flavour with a shed less carbs! As they prepare it in front of you there’s nothing to worry about
Been here a few times whilst shopping in West Quay. Located on the food level at the very top easy to get to by lifts and esculators. Good selection of fresh food whether you like it hot or not, I particularly like the Burrito's which are packed full of goodness! Very tasty!! Staff are very helpful & friendly. Worth a visit for a quick healthy alternative to KFC or McDonalds. Blue light discount to. Per Ardua 96
My most ordered food, both online and in person. Maybe a little expensive but it's a lot of good food. Lots of customization so everyone can get something they'll enjoy.
.. made even better with the menu addition of a Quesadilla being served before 3pm .. Located in the West Quay shopping centre in their food court .. Plenty of choices from soft Tacos, traditional Burrito to naked Burrito ( no wrap) .. Just be careful of the hidden extra charges on different items + for beef / pulled beef + for guacamole etc .. this makes it expensive and remember it's tasty FAST food .. average food only order under £6 pp ..
We ordered burritos through Deliveroo, and the food was stone cold, not even slightly warm and it was wrapped in foil so should have retained some heat. We had to heat them up in the oven for 15 minutes. Wouldn't order again!
I have to say the burrito was that ridiculous standard that we have in UK, nothing close to whats a real Mexican burrito is. Nachos were ok And quesadilla too. I mention my visit as disgusting as I couldn’t choose chicken as option as it is Halal!!!! Can someone explain to me whats the relation between Mexico and Halal food? I find this really disgusting and discriminating, and in fact so cruel.
Ok, it may not be authentic Mexican cuisine but for fast food, it's excellent. If we're ever in Southampton shopping, I'll stop here to grab some lunch. They have loads of extras to choose from, trying to satisfy all needs. For example, the salsas offered range from mild to hot. You can either get your choice of meat wrapped or put in a bowl. Can honestly say I've never had a bad lunch here.
Me and a friend had been here before but wasn’t happy with our order or service , so we thought we would give them another chance and we are glad we did . I had a weird mixture but I’ll tell you what I had , medium burrito , tomato rice , NACHO CHEESE SAUCE , chicken , chorizo, cheese , sour cream and HOT sauce . Trust me it was soooo good . We will be back thanks guys
In the West Quay food court this is your best option. You can get a lovely steak burrito for less than £8, with Guacamole!! There is two options for the type of rice, 3 options on meat and 3 options on salsa (so it doesn't have to be spicy if you or can be!!) A medium is large enough! I have yet to finish one. Make sure you get a loyalty card, because you will be back. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because one time I went and there wasn't any cheese, or black beans.
My absolute fave every time! So so yummy!!! Staff are really efficient and helpful and service is quick. Would love to visit a stand-alone restaurant of theirs though as this is part of west quay food hall
The title says it all. They serve halal chicken here. Food is delicious. Service is courteous. Highly recommended.
Went here with my friend for lunch and I have been here loads in the past . Not to bad priced unless you want extra better meat like steak etc . The guy asked me what I want but was very fast at saying what there was and what sort I wanted but we got there and also the portion of cheese was so little and sour cream not much . Could of been done a bit better but was still a nice burrito 🌯
Myself and work colleagues use tortilla once a week for staff lunches. We had a very bad member of staff who was very rude and the food wasn't prepared nice and my office decided not to use tortilla. But due to your amazing staff member Charli Ridout and her speaking to us to resolve the issue we now use Tortilla every week again, Charli is very friendly and ensures we have the correct orders and are treated with the upmost respect. She is the reason we still use you for our staff lunches. Food is great and we will continue to use your services. Charli deserves to be praised every time we are there we can see she is always supporting her other staff member's and ensuring all customers are happy. Thank you.
