Pros: quick, polite, well-staffed
Cons: in my experience you get old fries/nugs, and there's almost always one thing wrong about the order

The location is great for a fast food place but I've had a couple times where the food wasn't great. Its only a few times though, and the amount of times they gave me tasty meals is more than I can count. Deals are sweet too.

Great location. Food was good. Young woman on the drive through microphone was sounding like she was preoccupied with something else while taking my order as well as the people before and after me. Oh well, she got the order right which is all that truly matters, I suppose.

I've found this particular Wendy's to be very good and efficient over the years. I typically use the drive thru and it's usually quick to order and pickup. Food is quite good

Learn how to put names on orders so door dashers aren’t mixing them up and learn how to hire some employees that know how to speak with respect. Old Lady with the glasses very rude and unprofessional. The Latino kid and the white big w the ginger like hair were very helpful and polite

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 burgers and small fries. When I got back to my hotel I noticed that they had forgotten to put my fries in the bag. One of the burgers was hot and fresh but the other one was not I feel like the beef and bacon on one burger had just been cooked and served and the other had been sitting for a while? I'm not sure if thats possible but thats what it seems like to me. 2 stars because the one burger was pretty tasty.

The young man up front around 1pm-2pm on 10/31/21 was very polite and helped me organize my doordash order during a busy time while remaining calm.

I went to the store last Sunday at 4 o clock may 2 I went with my 4 kid family I got a big order from the drive through after I had revived the order I went into the parking lot to review the order I was missing one double stack for my son. Because I am so I nice I don’t want to cause a delay in the drive through I went inside and I told the staff I had missed a hamburger they made me wait 15 minutes and they were ignoring me I talked to their manager he was very rude and and mean he just let me talk and didn’t even answer me or look at my face I left the store and all the people around me told me there very mean. I know that this isn’t good service because I know what good service looks like they aren’t good people or good workers there rude and inconsiderate we have been coming here for 2 years and this dude is trash he should be fired
