Usually a good experience, though the amount of ice cream you get depends on who’s making it. This time was really upsetting. I ordered a medium, but got the same amount as my husband, who ordered a small. And, my waffle bowl was burned and so brittle, I couldn’t use it. It looks like whoever made it didn’t use enough batter. I did my order online, as I’m quarantined, which is why this is more frustrating. I couldn’t even make the complaint in person to get this fixed. Not to mention the 20% I added to the order. $20+ dollars for burnt and incorrect food. ☹️

I wish we had looked at the reviews for this location before ordering a pick up order tonight. We ordered ahead of time and went to pick it up, and on top of waiting additional time for the order after arriving (which honestly wouldn’t have been the worst part)- there was no sense of urgency or professionalism from these kids. Easily heard a party going on in back - I show up and one person comes out and claims that they are working on our order. 7-8 minutes transpires of confusion, looking up what goes in an order, handling fruit and cutting a banana bare hands and no gloves, and then after messing up creating one of my two orders incorrectly, another person comes out to complete it. They hand it to us to go, I ask for spoons etc- both the orders we got were incorrect, one missing a topping and the other missing a waffle cone/ Huge disappointment- growing up in MN where cold stone was a religion - I understand times change but being professional and doing your job should not be something of the past. Definitely won’t be returning.

Worst experience. Went to get ice-cream and gift cards as teachers gifts. The staff was totally clueless and unsupervised. They did not know if their store sold gift cards. They had to call their manager on phone for everything. Once the cards were located, the staff was unable to load them and said they are not working. While all this was going on, our icecream turned to soup and a long queue formed behind us. We were going to buy more than $100 worth of gift cards, their loss!

Pretty irritating that it was chat fest while there’s a whole line of people. Also took like 3 times as long for my order, literally had 1 solid chunk of butterfinger, which was lost until the bottom of the ice cream. The waffle cone was old, but in the back ground you could see a messy bowl and waffle iron like they have been making them. I though this was supposed to be the best one…I won’t be going back to this one and the one in millbury near me, the workers act like you are disrupting their day when you come in so you know southboro was bad. Like millbury is mean but at least they mostly get me what the company says it’s going to give me.
