Fantastic evening, food was absolutely gorgeous. We were stuck for where to go and hadn't booked up. And we were accommodated without any fuss. Lovely decor blends in with atmosphere. I think now this is one of the best places to eat in Southend.

Have been here many times for afternoon tea, and recently for one of their paint and Prosecco nights. It's always such a wonder experience - food, drink and atmosphere is always 👌 perfect. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely afternoon tea here with my wife. All of the food was delicious, especially the freshly baked scones. My only criticism would be that; it would have been nice to have had another savory item in addition to the sandwiches. Maybe a tart, quiche or sausage roll etc. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.

Big thank you to San Fairie Ann’s and their amazing staff.
Had the downstairs’ function room for my mums surprise 50th on Saturday they where so attentive friendly and made me, friends and family feel so welcome.
Let us set up decorations and balloons earlier on in the day very helpful!
Let us have full control of lighting and sound for music.
Also at end of the night refused to let me tidy up bless them.
Honestly couldn’t thank them enough.
Definitely use again

We went to San Fairie Ann yesterday, for my sisters 70th Birthday afternoon tea. There was about 14 of us. What a fabulous selection of sandwiches, cakes & also scone, jam & cream. Plentiful tea and coffee, always being topped up. Everything was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent and they couldn't do enough for us. Also boxes were supplied to us, if we needed to take leftovers home. A great place. Would definitely recommend.

Came here for our anniversary, Amazing food with fantastic service, warm and welcoming staff and environment, staff so polite. Helpful with my son having an allergy and finding alternative. Highly recommended for a visit and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you again.

Great experience. We hired for a 40th birthday party and we’re so happy with how it went. Harry and they team were all great and couldn’t do enough to make sure everything went down so well. A great looking venue with a great vibe and great food too. Thanks to all the team at San Fairie Ann.

A wonderful find in Southend. The proprietors Harry and Natasha were truly welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. The food was wonderful, fresh and good value and the venue is lovely. They do food and have a full bar ( including a visiting cocktail maker). Having go e to Southend for a comedy show we were so glad to find this - I only wish it was.closer to my home so I could go more.often -.recommended!
