Went on a Friday night with a few friends when live music was on. A good night out was had by all, the atmosphere was lively but still very friendly, the beer was good and at a reasonable price. Has a huge selection of gins to chose from too. Has a large outside smoking area.

Monday night quiz is long running ,well organised & enjoyable.we never stop learning. Recommended!
Long time quiz master Les is not currently involved as caring for family matters, but each team take it in turns to host the quiz, using the same format. A couple of breaks between rounds allows time to recharge your glass with your favourite tipple, or make room for some more. And perhaps treat yourself to some crisps or nuts to accompany your drink 😊

Came here to see Billy Liar play. Great atmosphere couple of local brews available. Beer garden to the side of the pub. 25/02/2023 Here to see Billy Liar again pub no different. Driving today so on the alcohol free beer, shame there is only one available.

Visited Cricketers before heading into The Venue. Nice pub with comfortable seats and great live music. Service was quick, lack of on site parking though....but plenty nearby.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and they had live music for free from 5pm .excellent!.good local beer (there was only one though ).food is great and all at a reasonable price .
