Went to fresco box today as I am on a weight loss diet. The guys where very helpful and there was more choice than I originally expected. I went for a meal deal because for me £9 for a healthy meal, snack and freshly prepared smoothie is a relatively reasonable price. So I went for the bbq chicken and broccoli with sweet potato. Overall it was good, good flavour but the chicken was a little dry but you expect that from a pre prepared meal that is heated up in the microwave although you do have the option to have it cold. The shake I went for was the fat burner and it was fresh and pleasantly complimented the meal. Now for snack I had no choice but to have a muffin as they had run out of the waffles. However for the inconvenience they gave me two. And all I can say is if you are on diet and want to still have a sweet healthy snack because I believe it was made with wholemeal flour instead of plain flour then you have to give these a go. Overall 5 stars guys. Maybe consider lowering the price of the meal deal to £7.50/8.00 because I would love to have this every day for lunch but there are cheeper options available. However I will be returning again :)
Hands down the best meal prep company in the UK! Taste and nutrition rolled into one! Couldn’t recommend anyone else but Fresco Box!!!

Really great shop, enjoy the protien shakes. Food is tasty but chicken abit dry due to being mircowaved, but overall really nice. Would like it if thier prices were £3.50 a box so I could eat her more often. x
Wonderful experience with Fresco Box, sometimes I'm in a hurry and need to get something quick, that is healthy, balanced, tasty and filling. This place does the trick, love the Jerk Chicken with Broccoli :-)
due to living an extremely unhealthy lifestyle, and enjoying many things I really should not do, every now and then I have to detox , Abs looks after me and feeds me healthy stuff for 2 weeks, and I feel great again,top place, top people and very very healthy food, just finished off a cod and veg, feel as light a feather,
