Was late evening and empty so take this review as you wish, excellent customer service within a well presented and clean environment, food all fresh well cooked and extremely tasty. Great value for money also came to £99 but there was 13 people all with drinks.

Have visited here a few times with my friend who is disabled . We had the OAP Fish & chips .. absolutely lovely & well woth the money , my friend got free bread & butter . The lady that served us was really nice & chatted with us .

Taking a stroll around Southend-on-Sea alone, I was feeling hungry and as I passed Fat Als Diner I looked in and saw this cheerful 1950's style American diner decor. I wandered in and was made to feel very welcome and ate the best fish and chip dinner ever without, breaking the bank. I would happily return knowing I woud feel comfortable and relaxed whilst eating a delicious meal.
