Ordered some sweet treats (see photos, I forgot names though) to take away just before going home.
I had the Biscoff-looking shortbread one, my family had the rest. It was a bit too sweet once I finished it, but yummy regardless.
Giving this place 4 stars as it was pretty late afternoon, and it looked like some of their stock (i.e. the ice creams) had sold out for the day (that, or more likely the weather was too cold to sell ice cream, but you never know, some people may still ask for it during this time of year).
Also, I saw only two tables (with seating) were available (again, time of day I assume), but it looked like there was more seating at back, but was closed off.
So review might be subject to change should we visit again.
A fantastic desert shop with even better staff who were helpful and welcoming. Hygiene and cleanliness was a key priority and evidently reflected throughout the shop. The food was of high quality, serving a range of absolutely stupendous deserts. Make sure to take a trip down here.
Really tasty sweet treats, better quality than other similar outlets. Will defo be ordering again to try more!

Love everything they have to offer. However, i went there last night. Only wanted a brownie and doughnut. One woman was serving customers while the other was preparing takeaway orders. Waited almost 20 minutes to order. The one doing the takeaway just totally ignored us while the one serving customers only acknowledged us after about 15 minutes. We had to walk out because we would be late for our movie. Other customers had done the same thing. So great things to eat but not happy about the wait.
Me and my friend came here for delicious waffles and omg they were incredible, the waffle chef who served us was loverly she made 2 perfect waffles with tasty toppings, me and my friend left buzzing on a sugar high and absolutely stuffed . We'll be back soon deeeeelicious
My daughter had her 12th birthday party at the venue. The girls loved the experience of designing their own desserts.
The staff were very accommodating. Id highly recommend it.
Lactose intolerant, no problem for them here, staff were amazing especially Lou. What a fantastic addition to our fantastic town. First class service. Well done, will definitely be back ❤️
Very friendly staff. Lots of ice creams, sweet treats and hot drinks to choose from- decent seating area down the back. Nice to shop around Southend with a hot chocolate and cookie 😊
