We made an order through the KFC app with Deliveroo, when it was delivered it was the wrong order!!! We had to go into the store and pay again to get our food. We messaged Deliveroo many times to try and obtain a refund but to no avail. We messaged KFC and after a few email exchanges outlining our problems, Waqar arranged for us to have a whole new order for free. All the staff in the shop were very helpful, it is just a shame that Deliveroo weren't as obliging!
Food came out quickly and the staff were very friendly. Good service ☺️
