Fylde Fish Bar - Southport - Photo album

Without ANY doubt, definitely the best fish and chips I have eaten in a VERY long time. Fish batter - exceptional! Staff - ever so friendly and helpful Venue - clean and welcoming Thank you
I've never been disappointed here. I had a superb piece of Haddock. The quality and cooking of the fish here is outstanding. We've just returned from Whitby where the town trades on it's reputation for great fish and chips but I didn't find anything there this good. It's a standard chippy with resta
Nice place. I like the concept. You can choose takeaway or stay in in a pleasing restaurant with very friendly and kind service (offering homemade tartar sauce to go with the fish). You can get a beer or wine with your traditional and tasty meals. They even have the most fancy bill treats I've ever
Had a lovely meal today. I had the cod meal and my son had the scampi meal. Both were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful in making my first trip out in a wheelchair a pleasure, so thank you 😊
Great Chippy! Friendly team, delicious food and lots of homemade touches! I tried the homemade steak pie and bang bang curry sauce which I definitely recommend 😀
If ever in Southport and fancy a trip to a local chip shop then look no further, you will love this place, just a couple of minutes drive from the sea front. It is worth grabbing whatever takes your fancy here then parking back at the sea front to enjoy the view.....and the wonderful food you've jus
My first visit here while visiting Southport I had a traditional fish and chips takeaway with the largest onions rings ever ever seen. Then on my second visit with the family we decide to dine in,at the immaculate restaurant. There was a considerable variety of dishes available to suit most taste
Had take away a few times and on the whole things have been ok. Only criticism based on many years of eating simple fish and chips, is they never seem to cook the chips for long enough. At times they have been almost anaemia in colour and never golden and crispy. So to achieve a 4 can I ask they giv
Fylde Fish Bar is a little out of the way to find, but well worth seeking out. Whilst the portions may not be huge, they are tasty - the batter is light and not too oily, the chips have a pleasant crunch and the fish tastes fresh and not over-cooked. Disabled access is good with fully accessible toi
Ordered very late 8.28 ordered two fish chips & mushy peas. Food was lovely and service was very good.
Reminded me of old fish and chip restaurants in Blackpool. Excellent food and service even though it was very busy
Best fish and chips around hands down, the restaurant is great too
Great fish, chips, mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce. Chicken curry and pies also excellent. Topped off with great eat-in service and sensible prices.
Great food, great service, good prices. Think I would get takeaway next time, as I'm sure it tastes better out of a box and newspaper!
