Lovely fresh fish but abit greasy for my liking, also noticed how expensive drinks are £1.50 for a small glass of apple juice and £2.40 for a can is abit pricey for me…
But would go again as a treat.
Always get our fish and chips from here when we go to Southport they're always lovely. Decent portions and lovely flaky white haddock in a nice light batter. We get them to take away and eat overlooking the marina lake but there is a nice cafe area at the side if you want to dine in.
Food was really nice, good portion sizes. Waitress was lovely, didn't expect table service in a chippy. Reasonably priced for Southport, and much better than other fish and chip places nearby.
We had an eat in. Fish and chips and curry my partner Sausage, chips and curry. Really fresh meals, REAL fish! Friendly staff, clean tables/ floor. You can pay many ways (cash, card, Google pay, Apple pay). Suitable for people with disabilities - though the toilet is not, located on the first floor! Definitely worth a try, the best fish and chips shop I have ever tried in Southport. Great location, close (if not part) of the marine lake, and the pier.
As sit-in Chippies go, this was great. Lovely staff, clean tables, quick service. Food was good. Didn't look like a huge portion, but I couldn't have eaten anything more. Happy to recommend.

Great fish and chip shop always go there when I am in southport.
Popped in for takeaway sausage and chips. Large portion, very good quality, reasonably priced, staff handling coronavirus well with PPE, protective screen, hand sanitizer on entry for customers and distancing guidance on the floor with clear way in around and out system in operation. 👏
