Heard good things about this place, so wanted to see for ourselves. I went with my husband, after watching the air show. The staff were friendly and welcoming, Sheila the waitress was lovely to talk to, she said her son was the chef. The food was amazing, my husband had the spare ribs in barbecue

My mum has recently moved close to The Windmill so we went in as a party of four this evening for our evening meal and we were very impressed. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the food was lovely with excellent portions. The value for money was outstanding especially in the current climate
Booked a table for 4 on the 31st October for dinner and to watch April Moon play live.
The staff were all dressed up for halloween and the atmosphere in the pub was awesome. It was very busy so glad we had reserved a table.
Food was amazing - highly recommend the halloumi salad for starters!

Was in Southport for 3 days seeing my sister with my son. My sister recommended The Windmill and I'm so happy. We went for 2 meals and a few drinks over the 3 days. Fantastic place and lovely staff. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
One of Southport hidden gems tucked away and very worthy of a visit as my wife and did. STAFF WITH A FIVE STAR SERVICE With food to match I choose pork and apple with mixed veg and mashed potatoes a great choice beers to match
Three of us had the small roast dinner for Sunday lunch. It was piping hot with plenty of beef. The Yorkshires were very well prepared and the veg was fresh and tasty. All in all, a lovely meal in a very pleasant pub with a warm welcome., and at a very good price.
Had several meals here, all were really good, but you'd struggle to find anywhere to beat their Sunday roasts for quality & price. Well done guys, big compliments to the chefs. Great entertainment nights also. 😊
We were on a weekend break and was recommended this pub.The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meals so much we went back a second night.
