Some of the best food I have ever eaten, really wonderful. The owner is lovely and very courteous, cannot do enough for you. My favourite is the Cantonese chicken, chicken spring rolls and yakisoba prawn dishes. The kitchen is spotless and they cater to those wanting gluten free options if you ask. 5 star service.

Wonderful food, we let Simon recommend our food because it was our first time and wanted something a little different but not be disappointed, just in case we chose wrong. Simon asked what our tastes were and came up with 2 starters and mains plus advised on size portions, he even told us to have the child size for one and we still had lunch the day after :) We will definitely be back. Thanks Simon and the team, well done ❤️

Just experienced Straits Kitchen for the very first time. Excellent, great tasting food! Simon the owner was knowledgeable about the menu, but also incredibly passionate. He studied our order and made recommendations based on an assumptive taste which I thought was a really conscientious touch.
Thank you for a wonderful meal, we will certainly be returning.

Best takeaway in Southport in my opinion. Delicious food, it's more like restaurant quality than a take away. Definately try the Portugese custard tarts if you have a sweet tooth, I can't get enough of them

I went for the first time this evening. The takeaway is a nice place, friendly service. The food is incredible, couldn't fault it, crispy chilli chicken was delicious and the spicy fries were amazing. It's more expensive than other takeaways but you actually get proper meat and it's clear high quality ingredients are used. Absolutely faultless. We'll just have to not bother going elsewhere now, as nothing will match that! Thanks.

What a top quality takeaway, and complimented by a really friendly lady on the order desk. The food tonight was absolutely superb with a comprehensive menu to choose from. This was our first ever visit here tonight and we will certainly be returning again for more top quality food.

Not only the best oriental take away but by far THE best take away of them all in Southport!
Food is absolutely delicious and made with good quality ingredients. From the presentation of the food, to the customer service everything was exceptional. Not your typical take away at all! Really can't recommend enough!
