Re-writing my review as i didn't feel like my old one was good enough!!
Nearly everybody in there knows my name and remembers my drink order every time (except for one or two times) and every so often they draw a nice smiley face on the cup so its all good!
I also love that they always take the time to chat and be friendly. The drinks are lovely, whether its something standard off the menu or something a bit more unique that i think of or the staff suggest. And sorry to everybody else but Demi makes the best drinks!!!
The atmosphere in the shop is good, i really like the decor and the music is always very relaxing. Does sometimes get a little hot though!!
I don't eat in Starbucks often, but whenever i have ordered food its been delicious, and if its toasted its always promptly done!
Every member of the staff deserves recognition, they all work super hard and produce lovely drinks, and the shop is run incredibly well. Its not just the drinks that i come into starbucks for, the level of care and attention they all provide keeps me coming back every time.

They don't always seem to believe me when I say that I want my coffee black, without milk, sin leche, milkless, with no added milk, black...Get where I'm going with this? But, the staff are wonderful especially Sophie and Demi :) and the taller one with the really dark brown eyes.
Been going to the Lord street Starbucks for a few months now and there is a member of staff in there blonde hair handsome lovely way about him found his name out Josh
This guy really makes my day when I go in here, so nice friendly and just all round lovely person

Staff were great, it's a Starbucks you expect the same cup of coffee , the same taste the same price, etc etc etc etc , early sunday morning in Southport and the staff are cheerful and helpful, good start to the day,

I was staying in a neighbouring hotel and this place became my home from home it is so welcoming, friendly and atmospheric with great produce and service. A hub for getting to know locals and other holiday makers.
Sophie runs an amazing service - super cheerful welcome at all times and in all weathers. This is the ‘gold standard’ of how a Starbucks should operate. Could definitely teach the independent stores around a thing or two about how to run a brilliant cafe! Having said that, how she remembers the names of so many regular customers is a bit of black magic.
Highly recommended - Sophie and her team deserve recognition and reward!!
This is a nice little Starbucks with a great location on Lord Street,especially if you like people watching as they go about their shopping etc.
It was a very hot 🥵 day and we called in for an ice coffee and it was delicious
Called in for a couple of iced drinks , safety measures in place , staff very friendly, sat outside to have drinks as weather was quite nice , drink really nice , made a change from my usual latte
It's a coffee shop, and I love their caramel macchiato but I wish they would full my mug, because when I get outside, I seen to have lost a third of a cup
Excellent coffee made by the barrista, who was very knowledgeable.
