Absolutely wonderful experience at Bistro Bar Med! The service was top-notch, and the tapas, especially the hummus and tzatziki, were simply delicious. The atmosphere, truly transported me to the Mediterranean.

Stayed overnight in Southport with friends to play in golf comp , and chose Bistro Bar Med to eat as a couple of friends were vegetarian. Great decision👍 Food was delicious, great choice on menu, great friendly service, value for money🙌 Overall, great evening! Thank you guys , we will be back 🥂

The staff couldn't have done enough to make us welcomed. The food was very nice indeed but the atmosphere was leaving because the place was literally empty on a Friday evening at 6pm. Hopefully more people will give the place a go, as it thoroughly deserves supporting.

My family and friends enjoyed a very special birthday spread here, the whole experience was a total joy. The staff were so welcoming and efficient and the food was delicious. Really, it just could not be bettered. They even managed to remember all our names, no mean feat when there was thirteen of us! I absolutely recommend this restaurant, it's a rare jewel that supplies a delightful and relaxed atmosphere alongside scrumptious food.
