The staff are very fast for delivering your food to your table and very polite,and cursity to you and the floor staff are very good at helping children how to use the laptops and blowing up balloons if it is someone's birthday,the two John's staff for McDonald's restaurant at Ocean plaza site are very friendly and welcoming and if u ask them politely they will get u a mcflurry ice-cream 🍦 with extra chocolate bits on top of your mcflurry ice-cream,! I read the earlier reviews just as I was about to post a really positive one. So it’s clear that I’ve surprisingly had a very good experience. Given that it was Bank Holiday Monday the place was mega full and although it looked chaotic in the kitchen and at the counters. As a walk in customer who ordered via touch screen I felt that although I waited as it was busy, I was served by the loveliest & friendliest staff member called Elsa, I know that because I specifically asked her name as she went all out for my child’s happy meal box. I could see the staff was under immense pressure but honestly she took a moment to serve me like that and it left a lasting memory. She’s a credit to the branch there. As for the food, I asked for takeaway and my fries 🍟 were surprisingly piping hot ! Win win! On this super busy Bank Holiday. Let’s hope I get the same experience next time I visit. I live out of town but only 40 mins away.
