Don't go there. They never have food in stock. Always out of meatballs, tuna, or whatever your ordering. Order online. Go pickup and find out they can't make your order. Also can't refund you. Has to be done on the app somehow. But they can't tell you how after asking for help. I'LL NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GO THERE EITHER. THEY STIFFED ME FOR MY FOOD AND MONEY.

This store seems to be inconsistent every time I come here. Ordered two subs online and when I went to go pick it up the store was closed with nobody inside. Couldn’t get into contact with them as there was nobody there and the phone was no longer in service. Said they were open at 8 but obviously was incorrect. This store needs better management. Completely ridiculous to be charged for subs I never got. I can’t even get a refund without someone being there to do so. Will never be back.

We went there this past Friday to get a sub for the concert on Oak Island. It was 5:45 when we walked in and no one was there. First we said we wanted meatball sub and she informed us that they put the meatballs away since they would be closing soon. People started coming into the store and the girl that was making our sub got agitated and called into the other room for help. She said they were closing at 6:00. I thought that was odd for them to close so early but I didn't question it. I looked on their website today and everyday they have that they are open until 9:00. Wow, workers now make those decisions! Where was the boss?

Terrible experience! We went to get subs for my son’s birthday, and they closed at 7:30 (literally as we were walking towards the door) when they advertise they are open until 9. There were workers standing around inside, so I knocked on the door and one of the workers there came out and yelled at me and said she was leaving early, as she had been at work all day, and was tired. She thought I ordered online and yelled that she would not fill that order, either. Never in my life have I been yelled at like that for trying to go to a restaurant to give them our business. I definitely would not recommend- very rude to customers!!
