Papa Johns Pizza

I called for a pizza to be delivered which by the way thei pizza is as good as any but when they told me it was going to be an hour to a hour an a half we decided to go with someone else and the other pizza place had us a pizza made an delivered in 35 minutes and they were also very busy and the pizza&chicken was fantastic. No need in waiting over an hour for a pizza that's no better than any one else. The other pizza place was absolutely the best we've had from them and the chicken was so delicious. I will be calling the other pizza place from now on. Papa John's is now at the bottom of the delivery list. May pick up but will not call for delivery ever again. That's 5 times I've try to get pizza from them with such a long delivery time. Sorry papa you lose. Unless I just need a papadias which I do love an crave from time to time. Get your delivery time shorter if you want more business. Have a fabulous day y'all.

At one point we had written this Papa Johns location off because the service/delivery/food was so sub-par. However, something has changed and for the better. The past several delivery orders have been exceptionally fast, the food very hot and delicious and the delivery drivers are always friendly and courteous. In fact on a recent order, I was working in the backyard with a contractor and somehow the driver knew to bring the pizza to us in the back! That’s great above/beyond service! Whatever they’ve changed it’s working! Next time you’re in the mood for some hot pizza, give this Papa John’s a try.

THEY ARE THE BEST. We ordered on line but were outside already. The app said It would take them 80 minutes to get my order ready, too much for a hungry and tired 2 year old ... I came in to cancel my order because we couldn't wait that much. The lady who was in the register was very kind and told me that they would put my order in and I would wait only 15 minutes. They did it and I we were really pleased. Thanks so much for making our vacation better.

Had a large double cheeseburger pizza, it had the toppings of a small pizza right in the center of the pizza, with a couple inches of crust around the toppings. Looks nothing like the pictures. Good flavor though. Thanks for acknowledging the minor issue, we still eat from here and had they not been so busy it probably wouldn't have been overlooked. This review is not to detour people, Papa Johns has great food so please don't hesitate to patronize.

My family and I recently moved to Southport a few months ago, and it wasn't until I moved here that I first tried Papa John's; boy was I missing out. I've tried just about all the other fast food pizza joints, and I must say, Papa John's is probably my new favorite. The ingredients always taste fresh, prices are reasonable, and orders typically only take 15-20 minutes to complete (sometimes even sooner). The only criticism I have is that I wish they offered flavored crust. Regardless, the pizza is delicious!
