Baskin-robbins

The attention was terrible, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order to be taken. When they finally take care of me. The man had a terrible attitude, when I asked him to give me a sunday double he got upset. He wanted to put a whole burnt chocolate syrope on it. The store is all dirty. First and last time I come to this store.

Went there last night to buy ice cream horrible experience. First off, it says 24 hours they are open on google search. It was 9:48 pm, three people were inside a female, a man and some else. They closed the store early before 10 pm which is on the store door last night. Bad business and management. It's Saturday night instead I went to Dairy Queen in Fairfield which gave me friendly customer service. They should close baskin Robbins Down because they have rude employees who don't care about the business and want to close the store early so they can either go out or run home. Then choose another schedule to work if you don't like the hours.

I drive 45 minutes to get my favorite ice cream, mint chocolate chip!! It's the closest BR location to me that is coupled with a Dunkin Donuts. I take my nephews for the two for one Tuesdays ice cream sundaes special & always enjoy free coffee when the NY GIANTS win a game!! The staff is always friendly & uses great caution when told of my nephew's nut allergy. It's super easy on/off I-95 from both N/S bound exits.
