Sens Coffee Co.

We just wanted good coffee with a toastie for a light breakfast. Came by this spacious cafe at Southport on the way home to Brisbane. Our wishes were granted even offered to make a vegetarian toastie especially for me as there were only chicken available in the cabinet. The wrap turned out to be delicious with some hearty, grain, tasty toasted bread. Coffee also was spot on with great flavours.

The waitress told us to order online straight away but when we asked how to make a note on it then she didn’t know how to use it so she pointed to another waitress and that waitress only said you can do note and didn’t even explain us how to. We waited for food more than 30 minutes and when they came the avocado was brown and taste yuck! The bacon served hanging out and touching the table.

Stressed out staff, dishes crashing in the kitchen, missed orders, and upset customers. We finally did get our takeaway lattes, but while we paid for regulars we got smalls, and they were so weak they were more like hot milk than coffees. We'll try again tomorrow, but we're not very hopeful... ... Coffee and service was so much better today! So raising to 4 stars.
