The dishes here are amazing! Recommend you eat here and try this restaurant’s delicious foods, the rice is the best part about the whole meal, I think only this restaurant can make rice so tasteful and full of flavour like that. Their chicken dishes are the most delicious dishes I’ve ever eaten here and they had amazing staff who always knew what you needed! 100% recommend!

Order with the app, get drinks with the app, pay with the app, for takeaway and dine in mind you. You go out for dinner with friends family or a partner and spend half the time on your phone trying to order food and drinks??? Customer service is obviously a thing of the past… if the staff aren’t doing anything maybe you should lower prices a bit?? And “cash free“ which is just ridiculous. No wonder you can’t afford to pay staff to do things properly, you’re probably losing thousands by not taking cash. Absolute joke, I’ve seen better service at a McDonald’s

The food is always amazing. And the customer service is too. Last night when my friend got his food but I was still waiting, turns out the order got messed up, but as soon as we made them aware, Will gave us extra chicken and 2 chocolate mousses for the inconvenience of us waiting. Will was so amazing and nice. Thank you very much.

Place was filthy and they give me the wrong fries. The girl took them back to exchange and never came back. I had finished the rest of my meal and was still waiting. My wife says I think she has forgotten. I said surely not so I went up to ask where they were sure enough she had forgotten. Another girl give me them. I noticed there was a full tray and I said have they been there all this time. She said no I have just taken them out the fryer. When I tasted them they were sift and cold so she obviously lied. So all in all I think they need better staff.

Have been into this store a few times recently and have noticed that it may be under new management as most of the staff are very rude and quick with you (on all occasions I’ve been here, when I’ve always had good experiences in the past) & you’re forced to order in your phone rather than at the counter. Food is still bomb though. Very very unhappy with the service as of late.

Sat down and ordered online to then be told by a staff member 10mins later that they had NO chicken left and asked if we would be open to something else on the menu.. happy to oblige and ordered some tendes instead. I then waited 50mins for my 4 tenders but not only waited but had to go ask how much longer my food would be to be told they are only cooking it now. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Cheers

On multiple occasions I have gone to either eat in or order takeaway and instead of taking my order at the counter the staff insist I use the app to make my order instead of helping me at the register. It has happened a few times now where the next staff member comes out and serves the group behind me instead of me while I’m fumbling with the app. It’s especially inconvenient when I’m on a limited time frame on my work break trying to make orders for my colleagues. The service is usually ok but there’s a manager at this nandos that has been rude every time I’ve dealt with her.

21/07/22 Sharp 09:05 pm This place closed at 10 pm. I visited this branch with my mate from all the way Nerang but very disappointed when we sit and just try to place mobile order one of the staff members tell us can not do any done-in I requested that we come from Nerang and it’s only 09:05 store closing timing is 10 pm. They guys do not care even when I asked to please talk with your on-site manager they said she was on break and come back at 10 pm. Never recommended worst experience
