Pho 333

DO NOT GO HERE! Found a disgusting dirty fingernail in my dumpling. have never been so disgusted in my life. called and complained and was advised they would "tell the chef". no apology, no refund. you need to be shut down. what chef doesn't cut their finger nails or wash their hands. you have literally given me PTSD. i will never eat takeaway again. you have ruined my week.

Average experience for me. I ordered the tofu Pho which had flavour but it wasn’t anything special. Mine came with a plate of veggies, as per the menu, however some other people in my group who also ordered the Pho did not receive the plate of veggies until it was asked for. The service was okay and the food came out in a reasonable time. Overall, this is a good place if you are here for the food but I wouldn’t go in to expect anything amazing.

Today 23 July 2021 Hadn't been here for some time but was hanging out for bun bo hue and rice paper rolls as well as pho so ended up going. Enjoyed the bun bo hue but wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Missing pork trots but no dramas. Rice paper rolls was delicious with the dipping sauce 😊 Had pho at home for dinner. Was nice overall but would've like more basil in my take away pack. Was tempted to say hi to Mayor Tom Tate and his colleague but decided not to disrupt their lunch. ---------------------------------------------------------- Overall it was good. The price and service was very good. The pho was nice (not like mum's but close...) The rice paper seemed a little dry. I would return as I believe in giving another try. Next time if I am not totally satisfied I will mention this to the lady / waitress. Viet milk ice coffee was very nice just the way I remember in Vietnam 😊👍

Being Vietnamese, I'm picky when in come to Pho. You order and pay first, then they bring food out later. Table, chair, and utensils are old. Everything feel old and dirty. I ordered Pho combination. The tendon is dark and crunchy. They are suppose to be so slow cook so it melt in your mouth. The soup is not hot. They use flat noodle, that is not al dente (chewy and firm). The rare beef is chunky instead of thin slice. There is not enough green scallion and cilantro. The broth is missing cinnamon and star anise flavor. The guy across the aisles keep slurping the broth. I find that disgusting. I'm aware that in some culture, like Japan, it's rude not to slurp.
