Poor customer service, none of the girls were friendly or even greeted me. Wasn’t told until after I had started my order that I was told that half the salad I wanted wasn’t available (no lettuce, cucumber or avocado), and even out of the salad that was (tomato) I only got 1.5 slices of it on a 6 inch sub compared to the normal 3. Australia Fair store is much better, first toke at this store and I won’t be back .

That was the last time I am ordering from this particular subway. From answering phones and handling money and then handling food without changing gloves to wrong orders served and also rude service from owners. Very very poor service which turns me off subway all together.

spicy sauce was placed on my girlfriend who’s allergic to spiciness’s sub
no salt and pepper offered (too late when i realised)
no carrot (how does this happen?!?!)
not toasted when i asked for toasted
absolute shambles and i won’t be back again

Foods good, drink fridge is allways empty.
Staff are lovely and say they can't do anything about it.
Owner needs to allow more stock so people can buy a drink with there sub.

I am sooooooo sick of stores not updating their business hours online. Just drove 10mins to find out they now close at 9pm instead of 10pm. Update your details!!!
