I don’t know if they were having an off day or what but we definitely got a bad first impression. Husband said the pizza tasted straight up like cardboard. To me it looked and tasted like burned, day old pizza. The saving grace of this whole eating experience was the flavour combination in the seafood pizza.

0 stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. When I contacted them in regards to my order they blocked me and didn't want to know $75 for burnt pizza and garlic bread on a public holiday disgusting

Best pizza's on the Gold Coast by far! Hot and hearty with generous toppings (not like the other guys!). Love the family size so there's leftovers for lunch the next day. Delicious cold, too. We have pizza night at home usually once a week and we always order from Maries. The pizzas have always been hot and fresh and delivered on time or before. Yes, you will pay a touch more with Maries compared to the "cheap" chain, but it's totally worth it to get a "quality" pizza that's well cooked and has a decent amount of topping. Plus, it feels good to support a great Aussie business that's been serving the local community for decades.

I've been eating Marie's pizzas for over 30 years. They are still just as good today as when I first ate one. Even better heated up the next day. Every store gets it right, every time. , Consistency of flavour and quality, best pizza Eva! I

Tried this place to see how it fared. Not good at all. Regular pizza was the same size as small pizzas from other places. One was supposed to be gluten free base, but no indication on box as to which was which. Pizza bases undercooked whilst uppermost toppings were burnt. Other toppings were a sloppy mess. Our order came to $33 but they charged $40 saying it was $7 delivery despite their website saying orders over $26 are free. First and last time with this mob.

Hadn't had a Marie's Pizza for a long time, so thought we'd order some tonight. Without a word of a lie, the WORST and most expensive pizza we've ever eaten. It cost more than twice as much as Pizza Hut - and that is AFTER they gave us a discount. Oily and flavour less. Same with the garlic bread. Will not make the same mistake ordering from them again. We basically threw $68 worth of pizza in the bin after 1 slice.

Terrible! 😂 Really, just terrible!! 😭🤮🤪🤣 Stale pizza bases, hardly any topping, compensating with far too much sauce. Like less than one prawn and one piece of meat per slice, on the Horn & Prawn pizza. Just all round bad. However, the customer service was lovely. Quite a contrast actually, between the terrible pizza and great service 🤔 Will not go back and try again, it's just so darn bad, and at an average of $15 per pizza, it's just crazy. The cheap $5 pizzas from Domino's are WAY better, and that's saying a lot, cos those are pretty nasty 🤮

We ordered 2 pizzas 1 pasta drink and garlic bread. This would have been the worst pizza and pasta we have ever had, the spag bolanaise was just disgusting it had this large amount of pasta about 1 inch long mixed in what by the looks of it u could not tell, the sauce was so so so dry it even made the children gag. No the pizza since when have your bases been so hard ( no crispy just hard) it was like the dough was days old, 1 had that much green capsicum on it you could not tell if there were any other toppings At the end of this what a waste of $55 we will never ever be wasting our money at this store
